We ship all items with PBT Couriers or New Zealand Post from

2227 Wakefield Kohatu Highway. RD2. Tasman, NZ 7096

We endeavour to fill and post all orders within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of payment.
On average we allow a delivery time of 1-3 business days once order is shipped (via courier).
All items are collected direct from The Creative Lunchbox Warehouse.The Creative Lunchbox does not accept liability for any items lost once they have been passed to PBT Couriers.


All orders are sent ‘signature required’  If you want your parcel to be left without signature, please provide us with an authority to leave and instructions as to where.

Items are packed with care and with the view that they will arrive at their destination undamaged and in new condition. In the unlikely event that it is damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist with claims as best we can.

 Orders over $80 qualify for FREE SHIPPING within NZ only

For orders under $80, there is a flat rate of $7

Rural delivery is charged the same as urban shipping. No additional charge is applicable

Tracking courier items:

Once your order has been collected you will receive an email advising your order is on its way and the tracking details.  If your order has not arrived in the time frame above, please contact the courier specified on your dispatch email with those tracking details so they can work to locate.


We can ship internationally. Please contact us for a shipping rate to your country.


We try to assist with returns, exchanges and resolve any manufacturing defect.  You are able to return items for full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in brand new condition, unopened with no marks or defects. It must be in re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any item that is not in the condition in which is was sent. Returned items must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed and in perfect condition including the packaging.  Please ensure you take utmost care in packaging this for return so we can receive it back in sellable condition. If the item was purchased on sale and has since been discontinued we are unable to accept it as a return. Shipping is non-refundable on returns and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and any additional shipping required to resend alternative items.

Faulty or damaged items:

Please contact us immediately for products that you deem to be faulty or damaged.  We will do our best to assist so that a favourable outcome is reached.

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if our products have been wrongly described, develop a defect or are not fit for the purpose.

Please contact us with details of the defect including a photo if possible.We need as much information as possible so we can correctly assess the claim.


Sending an item back for exchange:

If you would  to exchange an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions. Please contact us first before sending any items back
